Our client is a leading international company in its sector, electronics products, which is looking to appoint a Sales Manager for the Professional Channel with a strong background. We are currently seeking the following profile for the Heating/Conditioning Division, based in Milan.
Sales Manager (Rif. LSO/1709/MPMI)
The candidate, reporting directly to the Italian Commercial Director, will have the following responsibilities:
- To define the commercial policy (product selection, price definition, discount structure)
- To coordinate Area Managers Activity and NAM for the B2B Channel
- To define the yearly agreements with the national major customers
- To define, monitor and control the expenditure per customer
- To create a complete sales structure in order to cover properly all the territory
- To define PSI with the Product Director
- To monitor Sales Results by Product, Customer, Sales Reps and report to Commercial Director
- To define and control the Year End Bonus for Customers and Sales Reps (included co-advert investments)
- To identify new channels for business development (Big Private/Public Companies)
- To keep relationship with major customers
- To monitor competitors new product launches, prices, promotional activities
- To support the credit dept in order to avoid critical situations (overdue, bad debts, payments in delay)
- To coach people
